2008 Election Results and Analysis - Part Trois
There has been a recount or a final count or a 'we found more ballots' count by Summit County for the 2008 election. These new results are the Official Results and were issued 11/18/2008. These results are slightly different than the initial, unofficial results which was produced the evening of the elections. I really like the Official Results better!
In the Official Results we received 1,553 votes. This is up about 100 votes from the previous unofficial results. But just as importantly, our percentage went from 9.79 percent of the vote to 9.90 percent! Excellent. A whisker away from a two digit percent return.
Thank you again, all of you who voted for me, for the platform I champion, and for the party on who's ballot I ran. These results spur me on to try harder next time (see Part Deux of this series). Thank you for your confidence and support!
